A HEPA cabin pressurisation system changes that entirely. It draws external air through hospital-grade HEPA filters, maintains positive pressure inside the cabin to prevent dust ingress through gaps and seals, and continuously monitors air quality — so you know your operators are protected every shift.

Ambient air drawn through a HEPA H14 filter — capturing 99.995% of particles at 0.3 microns, including fine respirable silica.

Pressurise the Cabin

Clean filtered air supplied at a rate maintaining positive pressure — typically 20–200 Pa above ambient — preventing dust entering through gaps and seals.

Monitor in Real Time

The BreatheSafe InPress controller displays cabin pressure and CO₂ levels live. Audible and visual alarms trigger if readings fall outside safe range.

What is the difference between a HEPA filter and a standard cabin air filter?

Standard OEM cabin filters capture larger particles but offer minimal protection against fine respirable dust below 10 microns. HEPA H14 filters capture 99.995% of particles at 0.3 microns — including the sub-micron silica particles most dangerous to lung health. A pressurisation system also adds positive cabin pressure to prevent unfiltered air entering through gaps, which a filter alone cannot achieve.

How long does an installation take and do you come to site?

Yes — we come to you, anywhere in SA. No workshop drop-off required. Most installations are completed in a single day on-site, typically 4–8 hours depending on machine model. We schedule around your production windows to minimise downtime.

How often do filters need replacing?

In heavy dust environments, HEPA filters typically need replacing every 1,000–2,000 operating hours. Pre-filters are replaced more frequently — often every 250–500 hours depending on dust load. Because we stock all filters locally in SA, we can turn around replacements quickly without waiting on interstate freight.

Can you service our existing pressurisation systems?
