Veolia-resourceco cabin filtration overhauls
Eight machines. One solution. Zero compromises on operator safety.
Veolia Resourceco operates a fleet of 8 heavy machines in a demanding dust environment. Their existing cabin filtration systems were ageing, unreliable, and failing to seal cabins correctly - leading to repeated breakdowns, costly repairs, and operators exposed to harmful airborne particles.
Setpoint designed and installed a new generation of pressurisation systems across the entire fleet. Each unit features variable speed motors with automatic pressure control, continuously maintaining a safe cabin pressure to prevent dangerous dust and particles from entering the operator's station - regardless of conditions outside.
The new systems also include CO2 monitoring with real-time alerts, keeping operators sharp, reducing fatigue, and adding an extra layer of safety during long shifts.
The result is a fleet that's cleaner, safer, and built to last. With properly sealed cabins and intelligent pressure management, the HVAC components will have a significantly longer service life - and the operators will have a significantly better one.
